We were created for women of color who are ready to return to themselves. The ones who have carried so much for so long, that they forgot they’re allowed to put it down. The ones who are deeply accomplished on the outside, but silently unraveling on the inside. The ones who are ready to stop surviving and start living — with intention, authenticity, joy and ease.
We understand that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why we take a holistic, culturally attuned approach that honors your full humanity — mind, body, and spirit. At the heart of every healing journey is someone who holds the space with purpose.
The work we do at And Now Know Healing is deeply personal — and intentionally led by a seasoned professional who embodies the values we uphold. You deserve to know not only what we offer, but who stands behind the vision, energy, and care woven into every session, every space, and every offering.
Our founder, Tovah Thompson, LMHC, C-DBT, is a licensed mental health counselor, transformational guide, and sacred space holder with over a decade of experience, passionate about walking alongside women of color on their paths to healing.
