Tovah "T.E.A" Thompson, LMHC, C-DBT, is the founder and visionary force behind The ANKH Way LLC and ANKH Counseling, Coaching and Consulting — also known as And Now Know Healing. As a licensed mental health counselor, certified DBT practitioner, speaker, and wellness consultant, Tovah brings over a decade of experience to her mission of guiding women of color through transformative healing and soulful alignment.

Specializing in trauma-informed care, self-worth and identity development, and holistic emotional wellness, Tovah is known for creating safe, culturally attuned spaces where women feel seen, heard, and supported.
